BEVERAGE MENU The following menu represents a variety of beverages from around the world. Our list begins with cocktails. Although our bartenders can mix and shake whatever you may like, here we feature our twists on the classics, as well as signature drinks that are inspired by what is growing and blooming in the fields and gardens on our property. The Dogwood wine list is a distilled selection of the Blackberry Farm wine program, derived from our nearly 160,000 bottles and 10,000 different selections. Although our program offers a vast collection of stellar wines from around the world, in this list we have handpicked a few hundred of our favorites, focusing our attention on small American producers, older vintages that are drinking beautifully, and grapes native to the Rhône Valley. We arranged these offerings by varietal, so you might easily find what you desire, or so that you can try your favorite wines in a new region. Following wine, the list progresses into beer. Highlighting classic styles from breweries in Belgium that have been making beer for generations, as well as limited offerings from craft breweries in the United States. After a few flips of the page, you will find a whiskey list compiled of pioneers of the whiskey movement in this country. You will also find a full list of the spirits we offer in our Dogwood bar. Neat, on the rocks or mixed into a cocktail by our bartenders, each can be used to highlight the beginning or perfectly end an evening here on the farm. As with all of your Blackberry Farm experiences, the items we offer have stories to be told. It will be our pleasure to share with you the history, anecdotes and legends of these special beverages. We realize that you may desire to enjoy a bottle from your own cellar. Our corkage policy is fifty dollars per bottle. We ask that each party limit outside bottles to two per evening.

BEVERAGE MENU

The following menu represents a variety of beverages from around the world.

Our list begins with cocktails. Although our bartenders can mix and shake whatever you may like, here we feature our twists on the classics, as well as signature drinks that are inspired by what is growing and

blooming in the fields and gardens on our property.

The Dogwood wine list is a distilled selection of the Blackberry Farm wine program, derived from our nearly 160,000 bottles and 10,000 different selections. Although our program offers a vast collection of

stellar wines from around the world, in this list we have handpicked a few hundred of our favorites, focusing our attention on small American producers, older vintages that are drinking beautifully, and

grapes native to the Rhône Valley. We arranged these offerings by varietal, so you might easily find what you desire, or so that you can try your favorite wines in a new region.

Following wine, the list progresses into beer. Highlighting classic styles from breweries in Belgium that have been making beer for generations, as well as limited offerings from craft breweries in the United

States.

After a few flips of the page, you will find a whiskey list compiled of pioneers of the whiskey movement in this country. You will also find a full list of the spirits we offer in our Dogwood bar. Neat, on the rocks or

mixed into a cocktail by our bartenders, each can be used to highlight the beginning or perfectly end an evening here on the farm.

KRUG

Founded in 1843, the Krug family crafts amazing editions of Champagne with a philosophy based in blending and expressing the pure

pleasure of wine. Blackberry Farm is proud to offer these wonderful wines by the glass and participate in the Krug family’s efforts to broaden the notion of how Champagne is enjoyed with food.
