I have the below requirement, please let me know how I can achieve this. I need to display below requirement

in the bex report.

Hi,

create a calculated key figure for "so" , use exception aggregation as " counter of detail values " other

reference char as " doc type"

for report2 follow sane as above , but reference char as " user"

Could you please give me the logic for calculated key figure and also kindly provide me the settings for

exception aggregation.

• Create a calculated key figure(CKF1) , drag and drop keyfugure ( "so" from above example )• goto to properties of above CKF1, go to expeptionaggregation tab , then choose " counter of detail

values" from drop down• in the same tab ( exception aggregation) you will see a tab " reference characteristic" .. Choose the

charecteristic ( doc type) . Save

For report 2:

Create another calculated key figure (CKF2 ) & follow sane steps as above .. But this time choose reference

char as " user" save
