In the year 1516 A.D. a man named Desiderius Erasmus restored the TRUE Greek Text toEurope from Antioch Syria once he read the Antioch Greek Manuscript. He seen how corruptJerome's latin vulgate was and made a whole new translation of the Greek into Latin with theGreek next to it. Two men made translations from this text into the languages of their people. Martin Luther inGermany with his German Bible, for the German speaking people. And William Tyndale inEngland, for the english speaking people. Both men had to disobey the laws of the RomanCatholic Church to make their translations. The Bible that William Tyndale began wouldeventualy become the greatest book in the history of the world (The King James bible)! In 1526 A.D. one evening William Tyndale was having a discussion with a Catholic Bishop onthe AUTHORITY of Scripture. The Catholic Bishop said he respected the word of the Popemore then the Bible.

Tyndale's months of study, prayer and contemplation erupted in one passionate reply, "I defythe pope and all his laws; if God spare my life ere many years, I will cause a boy thatdriveth the plough, shall know more of the Scripture then thou dost." Tyndales desire was to make the Bible available in english instead of the latin bibles used bythe Roman Catholic clergy that was used to keep the people in bondage! In 1534 A.D. he translated the NT into english from the Greek Text of Erasmus. In 1536 A.D.William Tyndale was excuted and burnt at the stake by the Roman Catholic Church. His crime,giving the people of England the word of God in their own language. The tyrantical antichristchurch of Rome could not have there authority undermined by a english Bible. William Tyndalehad to be killed, if the pope wanted to remain in control of the people of England. William Tyndale's dieing words were, "LORD open the king of Englands eyes."

His prayer was answered; In the year of 1604, King James the 1st of England AUTHORIZEDa translation of the Holy Bible into the English language. 54 of Europes best scholars weretasked for this, of the 54 only 47 would partake in this monimental task which would take "7"years to complete (1604 -1611). Men like: Lancelot Andrewes: From Terence H. Brown, (Secretary of the Trinitarian Bible Society, London, England) comesthis description of Westminster committee member Lancelot Andrewes: He "... had his early education at Coopers Free School and Merchant Taylors School, wherehis rapid progress in the study of the ancient languages was brought to the notice of Dr.Watts, the founder of some scholarships at Pembroke Hall, Cambridge. Andrewes was sent tothat College, where he took his B.A. degree and soon afterward was elected Fellow. He thentook his Master's degree and began to study divinity and achieved great distinction as alecturer. A great part of five hours every day he spent in prayer, and in his last illness hespent all his time in prayer -- and when both voice and eyes and hands failed in their office,his countenance showed that he still prayed and praised God in his heart, until it pleased Godto receive his blessed soul to Himself.'" John Bois: John Bois (sometimes spelled Boys) (January 3, 1560 -January 14, 1643) is rememberedmainly as one of the members of the translating committee for the Authorized Version of theBible. Bois was born in Nettlestead, Suffolk, England, His father was William Bois, his mother wasMirable Poolye. His father took great care about his education, and already at the age of fiveyears John he had read the Bible in Hebrew. He was sent to school at Hadley, then went to StJohn's College, Cambridge, in 1575 when he was 15 years old. He soon was proficient inGreek. In 1580 John Bois (not to be confused with John Boys, Dean of Canterbury from 1619-1625)was elected Fellow of his College. He lectured on Greek and began to study medicine, butsoon quit the study, instead he turned to divinity. On June 21, 1583 he was ordained adeacon of the Church of England. For ten years, he was Greek lecturer in his college.Whenhe was about thirty-six years old, on October 13, 1596, he married the daughter of the rectorat Boxworth and after the death of her father he took over this post. He assisted Henry Savilewith the translation of the works of John Chrysostom. In 1604 he was recruited for one of the Cambridge committees set up to translate the Bibleinto English. He first served in the "Cambridge Company" charged by James I of England withtranslating the Apocrypha for the King James Version of the Bible and later assisted theCambridge company that translated 1 Chronicles to Song of Solomon. Six years later, whenthe work was done, the work was reviewed by six or twelve scholars before the finalpublication. Bois was one of their number. After the final editing by Miles Smith and ThomasBilson, the Bible was then published in 1611. In 1609 he succeeded fellow translator John Duport as prebendary of Ely while also servingas rector of Boxworth. He spent the last years of his life there. He was eighty-three when hedied in Ely. He had four sons and three daughters, none of whom survived their father. Hiswife died two years before him. The reference work The Dictionary of National Biography noted that John Bois wrote amanuscript that "consists of brief critical notes, in which the renderings of the Vulgate are inthe main defended, but Bois frequently proposes more exact translations of his own, both

As oppostion to the catholic church grew, the pope became desprate for a solution to hisProtestant problem! In 1534, a man named Ignatius Loyola founded a radical society ofcatholics whos purpose was to fight against the Protestant Reformers. On september 27th, 1540, Pope Paul the III formaly estableshed the Jesuits as a officalcatholic organization. Part of the Jesuit oath says, "My son, heretofore you have been taught to act the dissembler: among RomanCatholics to be a Roman Catholic, and to be a spy even among your own brethren; tobelieve no man, to trust no man. Among the Reformers, to be a Reformer; among theHuguenots, to be a Huguenot; among the Calvinists, to be a Calvinist; among otherProtestants, generally to be a Protestant; and obtaining their confidence, to seek evento preach from their pulpits, and to denounce with all the vehemence in your natureour Holy Religion and the Pope; and even to descend so low as to become a Jewamong Jews, that you might be enabled to gather together all information for thebenefit of your Order as a faithful soldier of the Pope. From 1545 to 1564 the Council of Trent met and condemed theenemies of the catholic church. In the 4th session thay stated, "Futhermore, to check unbridle spirits, it decrees that no onerelying on his won judgment shall, in matters of faith and moralspertaining to the edification of christian doctrine, distorting theHoly Scriptures in accordance with his own conceptions.Presume to interpret them contrary to that sense which holy

mother church to whom it belongs to judge of their true sense and interpretation... ...[this council] decrees and ordains that in the future the Holy Scriptures, especialy the oldvulgate edition, be printed in the most correct manner possible, and that it shall not lawful foranyone to print or to have printed any books whatsoever dealing with sacred doctrinalmatters without the name of the author, or in the future to sell them, or even to have them inpossession, unless they have first been examined and approved by the ordinary, underpenalty of anathema and fine prescribed by the last council of the Lateran." In 1605, the Jesuits tried to assassinate King James and the members of parliament. On themorning of November the 5th, Guy Fawkes was discovered by an act of God, with 36 barrowsof gun powder, which was hidden under the floor in which King James would be standing in amatter of hours. The conspirators were captured and excuted. God protected King James andthe translators. But the Jesuits had anohter plan, if the people of Englandwanted a Bible, then they (the Jesuits) would give them one.The Jesuit's DouayRheims Bible! The "Rheims" NT wasreleased in 1582 and the whole Bible was finished in 1610,exactly one year before the Authorized Version (King James)of 1611.Which almost all of the changes found in the newerversion match that of the Jesuit's DouayRheims Biblefrom 1610!

B) In 1896, a collection of Hort's letters was published by his son in two volumes. The bookentitled "Life and Letters of Fenton John Anthony Hort" by his son Arthur Fenton Hort.

In Vol. 1 on page 76 we read, "The pure Romish view seems to me nearer, and more likely to leadto, the truth than the Evangelical;" On page 148, Hort said, "...the ordinary confused evangelical notions, tho' I would on noaccount alter the prayer book of catechism to make them morepalatable to them." On page 400, Hort admittss that,

"The positive doctrines even of the evangelicals seem to me perverted rather than untrue.There are, I fear, still serious differences between us on the subject of authority, andespecially the authority of the Bible," On page 445, Hort says, "I have a sort of craving that our text should be cast upon the world before we deal with

matters likely to brand us with suspicion. I mean, a text, issued by men already known forwhat will undoubtedly be treated as dangerous heresey, will have great difficulties in finding itsway to regions which it might otherwise hope to reach, and whence it would not be easilybanished by subsequent alarms." Hort shows his hatred for the TRUE Greek Text on page 211, were he states, "I had no idea till last few weeks of the importance of texts, having read so little GreekTestament, and dragged on with the villainous Textus Receptus. Westcott recommentedme to get Bagster's Critical, which has Scholz's Text, and is most convenient in small quarto,with parallel Greek and English, and a wide margin on purpose for notes. This pleased memuch; so many little alterations on good MS. authority made things clear not in a vulgar,notional way, but by giving a deeper and fuller meaning. But after all scholz is very capriciousand sparing in intorducing good readings; and Tischendorf I find a great acquisition, above all,because he gives various readings at the bottom of his page, and his prolegomena areinvaluable. Think of that vile Textus Receptus leaning entirely on late MSS; it is a blessingthere are such early ones..." In a letter to Westcott, Hort says on Page 430, "Certainly nothing can be more unscriptural than the modern limiting of Christ's bearing oursins and suffering to His death; but indeed that is only one aspect of an almost universalheresey." On page 120, Hort declars, "The fact is, I do not see how God's justice can be satisfied wothout every man's suffering inhis own person the full penalty for his sins. I know that it can, for if it could not in the case ofsome at least, the whole Bible would be a lie; but if in the case of some, why not in the caseof all?" Hort clearly did not believe that the death of Jesus on the cross was not enough to pay for hissins!!! C) What about WESTCOTT, what did he believe??? In 1903, Westcott's son "Arthur Westcott" published his fathers letters in a two volume bookentitled, "Life and Letters of Brooke Foss Westcott."On pages 228-229, Westcott told Hort what he thought of the Textus Receptus, "I feel most keenly the disgrace of circulating what I feel to be falsified copies of the HolyScripture, and am most anxious to provide something to replace them." He then went on to say on that same page, "But pray think how utterly ignorant and prejudiced even well-informed men are on the text ofthe New Testament." On page 52, Westcott said, "I never read an account of a miracle but I seem instinctively to feel its improbability, and

discover some want of evidence in the account of it." In volume 2, on page 49 Westcott gives his view on Heaven,he writes, "..it saves us from the error of connecting the presence ofChrist's glorified humanity with place: 'heaven is a state andnot a place.' I cannot therefore but think that you shouldrequire the most exact rending of the whole." On page 394, Westcott states, "If Tennyson's idea of heaven was true, that 'heaven is theministry of the soul to soul,' we may reasonable hope, bypatient, resolute, faithful, united endeavour, to find heavenabout us here, the glory of our earthly life." Westcott shows his love for ROMAN CATHOLICISM on page81, when he writes, "After leaving the monastery we shaped our course to alittle oratory which we discovered on the summit ofneighbouring hill, and by a little scrambling we reached it.Fortunately we found the door open. It is very small, withone kneeling--place; and behind a screen was a "Piet" thesize of life (i.e. a virgin and dead christ). The sculpture waspainted, and such a group in such a place and at such atime was deeply impressive. I could not help thinking onthe fallen grandeur of the Romish Church, on her zealeven in error, on her earnestness and self-devotion, whichwe might nobler views and a purer end, strive to imitate.

D) But Westcott and Hort was involved in something far more sinister. In 1845, they joinedthe "Hermes Club." In 1851, they formed the "Ghostly Guild," which was followed by theEranus Club in 1872. These clubs were involved in the occult and in necromancy!!!Necromancy is communicating with dead spirits. Why would two men who claimed to be saved, have such an interest in the spirit world andthe occult??? Should a Christian trust a text or a Bible traced back to these two men???Westcott and Hort's corrupt Greek Text and textual criticism theories would go on to produceover 400 new versions of the Bible in the next 120 years!!E) Facts about Westcott and Hort:Brooke Foss Westcott (1825-1901) and Fenton John Anthony Hort (1828-1892) werethe two English "scholars" who produced the corrupt Greek text of the modern versions. Theirdominating influence on the revision committee of 1871-1881 accounts for most of thecorruption that we have today in modern translations. Westcott was a firm believer in Mary worship, and Hort claimed that Mary worship had a lotin common with Jesus worship. 3. Hort believed in keeping Roman Catholic sacraments.4. Hort believed in baptismal regeneration as taught in the Catholic church.5. Hort rejected the infallibility of Scripture.6. Hort took great interest in the works of Charles Darwin, while both he and Westcottrejected the literal account of Creation.7. Westcott did not believe in the Second Coming of Christ, the Millennium, or a literalHeaven.8. Both men rejected the doctrine of a literal Hell, and they supported prayers for the dead inpurgatory.9. Kurt Aland with the Pope Another man involved with Nestle's text is "Bruce M. Metzger." He was a professor atPrinceton Theological Seminary and was one of the creators of the New RSV. At his death in 2007, Princeton Theological Seminary would write, "In 1993 Bruce Metzger presented a copy of the NRSV, catholicedition, to Pope John Paul II at the Vatican. Bruce Metzgerunderstood and was passionate about the significance ofbiblical translation for ecumenical dialogue." This article goes on to say, "In 1972 he chaired the sub-committee that translated 3rd and4th Maccabees and Psalm 151 for expanded versions of theAprcrypha. He personally presented this expanded version toHis All Holiness Demetrios I in 1976. It was important to him that Roman Catholic, GreekOrthodox, and Protestant Christians be able to have recourse to a common biblical text as aninstrument of unity." But we can "tolerate" these if those who believe in them will tolerate US. After all, sinceTHERE IS NO ABSOLUTE AND FINAL AUTHORITY THAT ANYONE CAN READ, TEACH,PREACH, OR HANDLE, the whole thing is a matter of "PREFERENCE." You may prefer whatyou prefer, and we will prefer what WE prefer: let us live in peace, and if we cannot agree onanything or everything, let us all agree on one thing: THERE IS NO FINAL, ABSOLUTE,WRITTEN AUTHORITY OF GOD ANYWHERE ON THIS EARTH. That is the creed of the Alexandrian Cult.^^ ^ The Alexandrian minds believe the Bible is not perfect and can be improved by their greatscholarship, but this is actually a spiritual illness of Egypt (Ex. 15:26). This terrible spiritualillness is called A.I.D.S. (Alexandrian Idiots Degrading Scripture). The Antiochan mentalitybelieves the Bible is perfect and cannot be improved. God promised to preserve His inspiredword (Ps. 12:6-7; Jer. 32:36) and the humble mind of the common man simply believes God (1Thess. 2:13). Faith is simply believing what God says (Isa. 66:2; Acts 27:25; Rom. 10:17; 2Tim. 2:15; Heb. 11:1-6).

Questions for the KJV Critics: 1. Since you're smart enough to find "mistakes" in the KJV, why don't you correct them all andgive us a perfect Bible? 2. Do you have a perfect Bible? 3. Since you do believe "the Bible" is our final authority in all matters of faith and practice,could you please show us where Jesus, Peter, James, Paul, or John ever practiced yourterminology ("the Greek text says...the Hebrew text says....the originals say...a betterrendering would be....older manuscripts read...." etc.)? 4. Since you do not profess to have a perfect Bible, why do you refer to it as "God's word"? 5. Remembering that the Holy Spirit is the greatest Teacher (John 16:12-15; I John 2:27),who taught you that the King James Bible was not infallible, the Holy Spirit or man? 6. Since you do believe in the degeneration of man and in the degeneration of the worldsystem in general, why is it that you believe education has somehow "evolved" and that menare more qualified to translate God's word today than in 1611? 7. There is one true God, yet many false gods. There is one true Church, consisting of trueborn-again believers in Christ, yet there are many false churches. So why do you think it's sowrong to teach that there is one true Bible, yet many false "bibles"? 8. Isn't it true that you believe God inspired His holy words in the "originals," but has since lostthem, since no one has a perfect Bible today? 9. Isn't it true that when you use the term "the Greek text" you are being deceitful and lying,since there are MANY Greek TEXTS (plural), rather than just one? 10. Before the first new perversion was published in 1881 (the RV), the King James Biblewas published, preached, and taught throughout the world. God blessed these efforts andhundreds of millions were saved. Today, with the many new translations on the market, veryfew are being saved. The great revivals are over. Who has gained the most from the newversions, God or Satan?
