Corporate Intel Services, LLC, a newly formed Business Intelligence firm, is ready to make animpact in the industry with a full branding effort.

Goals and Objectives

Corporate Intel Services, LLC is in need of a new corporate identity to showcase its offerings inthe business intelligence industry. As a newly formed firm with a watered down market andseveral large competitors, its extremely important that its initial impression position thecompany as the exclusive source for high quality consulting.

SolutionWe recommend the development of an original and dynamic corporate identity and marketingpackage.

This package will include:

Fee Schedule

The above pricing is effective through 09/01/10. One half of total project fee is due uponcontract acceptance with remainder due upon project completion.

Terms and Conditions

For purposes of this agreement, Joshua Sitton shall be referred to as We BleedConcepts.

1. This fee summary is based on work performed on a fixed cost basis. Should the scopeof the project change after acceptance of terms and pricing, we will provide a detailedscope change to define additional work and associated costs.

2. Content development is not included in the scope of this project. A quote forprofessional content development services can be provided upon request.

3. Original photography is not included in the scope of this project. A quote forprofessional photography services can be provided upon request.

4. We Bleed Concepts reserves the right to include the completed product of this projectin a professional portfolio.

5. Either party may terminate this agreement with a ten-day notice, delivered in writing.Termination of the contract will not result in any payments being refunded to CorporateIntel Services, LLC. Project cancellation fees will be based on the amount of workcompleted at the time of cancellation notification. In the event of project cancellation, all

rights to project designs and original art will revert to We Bleed Concepts.6. If shipping is required, Corporate Intel Services, LLC agrees to provide a courier

account number or shipping fees will be included in final invoice.7. Corporate Intel Services, LLC agrees to indemnify and hold We Bleed Concepts

harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses associated with the usage ofmaterials provided by Corporate Intel Services, LLC that may violate privacy orcopyright claims.

8. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their heirs, successors, assigns, andpersonal representatives. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of theparties. Only signed agreement by both parties can modify its terms.

9. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.

By signing this document, Corporate Intel Services, LLC acknowledges that all terms of this

agreement have been read, understood and accepted.
