BGC Plasterboard is an internal lining which provides a flat, blemish free, monolithic, smooth surface ready for decorative paint and thin cover finishes for both residential and commercial applications where cost effectiveness is paramount.BGC Plasterboard is manufactured using a gypsum core covered in a linerboard which is wrapped around the gypsum to protect the core. BGC Plasterboard has recesses on the long edges to assist in providing a smooth continuous surface once installation is complete. Ceilingboard internal ceiling lining

BGC Ceilingboard is a 10mm thick sheet designed for use on ceilings. BGC Ceilingboard can be used in ceilings without sagging where the ceiling joists are at 600mm intervals. It is suitable for both residential and commercial applications.BGC Ceilingboard is simple to install and a lightweight alternative to standard 13mm plasterboard. BGC Ceilingboard has recesses on the long edges to assist in providing a smooth continuous surface once installation is complete. BGC Plasterboard designed and developed Water Resistant Plasterboard for wet area walls, in residential and commercial buildings, such as bathrooms, laundries, toilets and cleaning room areas. BGC Water Resistant Plasterboard has a low absorption core, which reduces the probability of water wicking, therefore preventing possible damage to the supporting structure and wall finishes.BGC Water Resistant Plasterboard has alight-blue fungal resistant multi-layered facing board for easy identification. Fireboard

BGC Plasterboard Fire-Rated Systems, consist of single or multiple layers of BGC Fireboard sheets, screw-fixed to steel framing and nail or screw fixed to timber stud framing.BGC Fireboard has a light-pink facingpaperboard for easy identification and isavailable in 13mm and 16mm thicknesses with recessed edges, ready for taping and jointing with proprietary stopping and setting compounds.

BGC Fireboard has been tested AS/NZS 3837: 1998 and AS/NZS 1530.4: 1997, by NATA accredited testing laboratories. Moisture Resistant FlameboardTM

BGC Moisture Resistant Flameboard has been designed for use in a wet area where a higherfireresistanceisrequiredabove that of 10mm standard plasterboard. BGC Moisture Resistant Flameboard is typically used in splash back areas behind cook tops.BGC Moisture Resistant Flameboard does not have an FRL rating so is ideal for areas that donotrequireandFRLratingbutrequiremoreflame resistance than standard plasterboard.
