Big Guy Pressure Washing ("Big Guy" ) was founded with a simple premise:
to own and operate the best Commercial Pressure Washing and Steam
Cleaning company in the Greater Charleston area. We are a professionally
managed, reliable and responsive company with outstanding customer
service as our underlying mantra. This philosophy, along with a great value
proposition, allows us to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.

We live in the Lowcountry, where the high heat and humidity are ideally

preventative maintenance is a smart business decision. Heat and steam,
along with appropriate chemicals, allows Big Guy to eradicate these

we also have a Coatings division, which focuses on Common Areas and
Amenities. Big Guy Coatings provides Coatings solutions for Wood Decks,
Docks, Clubhouses, Stairwells, Pool Decks, Outdoor Furniture, Breezeways,
Railings and Touch Up Painting. Area's of specialty include the use of
durable, anti-skid coatings as well as paints,stains and sealers.
Each project is custom-designed from the outset, ensuring we are providing
the best products and services to maintain and extend the life of the asset.
