Rate Contract enquiries / other enquiries will be sent to you along with othersregistered for the applicable rate schedules / other items. If your offer found tobe competitive, orders would be placed on you as per terms & conditions invogue. If you fail to respond to our rate contract tender, your name will bedeleted from our subcontractor directory.Your performance will be monitored on quality and delivery of the product aswell as service rating, which includes response and readiness in emergency.

c. Performance rating will be done for every P.O. and during the course ofexecution of our orders. If the performance is found to be not satisfactory wewill be constrained to Suspend business dealing with you.

Any change in the product range, location of works site, office, management /organizational structure etc. should be intimated to us as and when it arises.We retain the right to review and cancel your requirements without assigning anyreason whatsoever and without any liability on our part.

7. Submission of requisite BG documents at the time of signing of rate contract/tendersshall have to be complied with.

Kindly quote your Vendor Code for all your future correspondences.
