OUR 2015 RESULTS SO FAR

Locally, we have observed the investment property market is still in recovery mode post GFC with some great opportunities in the beach areas. The residential market is full steam ahead with properties that are positioned and presented well attracting huge attention and walking out the door.

Auction clearance rates are currently around the 85% mark (at time of print) with no sign of this slowing down anytime soon. Property investors who have had real estate in Kincumber, should be pleased with their suburb’s performance compared to the rest of the country. Over the last year it has seen median house prices increase in value by 14.12% (sourced from RP Data).
