FAMILY ACTIVITY: TRAIN TO FOLLOW JESUS WALK

Go for a walk together as a family after dinner one night. As you walk, say the Bible Truth I can train to follow Jesus together and talk about di fferent ways you can spend t ime this week reading God’s Word together. Just l ike an athlete trains for a big race, we need to train our hearts and minds to focus on Jesus.

PRESCHOOL ACTIVITY: RED LIGHT, GREEN LIGHT, TRAIN TO FOLLOW JESUS Get your preschooler up and moving! Each t ime you say green l ight, have your preschooler jump, hop, or skip f ive t imes. Each t ime you say red l ight , say the Bible Truth together I can train to follow Jesus .

ELEMENTARY ACTIVITY: GET INTO THE WORD MATERIALS NEEDED: reference l ist (provided in lesson), Bible (1 per team)

Play a game of “Sword Drills” using the provided reference list. Each time the correct passage is found, have your child read it out loud. Play until all references have been found.
