e-tenders are invited on line for the work mentioned above. The blank tender

forms will be made available on the Government of Maharashtra website

(http://maharashtra.etenders.in ) through Sub-Portal of http:// tidc.maharashtra.etenders.in . only to

those contractors who satisfy bid capacity conditions as mentioned here after.

1) The contractor should be registered in class III and above with Govt. of Maharashtra in

Public Work department.

2) For the assessment of bid capacity, prospective bidders should submit by uploading on

line information about the works carried out by them in last five years as well as

programme of balance work in the prescribed statement (Details Statement A) attached

herewith duly signed by Executive Engineer-in-charge of work.

The bid capacity will be calculated in the following manner.

Bid Capacity = (A x N x 2) B

Where, A = Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year

during the last five years. (Updated to the current C.S.R. level) which will take into

account the completed and on going works.

Cost of completed works in earlier years shall be given additional weightage of

10% per year as illustrated below to bring it to current price level.

B = Value of the existing commitments and works (on going) to be completed in the

period stipulated of the completion of the work in the present tender. (All

certificates to be uploaded, shall be countersigned by Engineer-in-charge of the

work not below the rank of Executive Engineer)

reserves all rights of rejecting any one or all tenders without assigning any reason.

the bidder has to submit the Bid Capacity Assessment Documents and Information
