My name is Kristin Robinson. I am Forensic Biology
major. I have been involved with NRHH since the
second semester of my freshman year. I started as an
active member and worked my way up. On the
Executive board I have held positions as President and
Vice President. I realized that my passion is
membership. I strongly believe that involvement on
campus makes a difference. I love being in NRHH and I
have so many goals for this incoming E-board. I feel
recognizing residents and faculty for their hard work will
encourage others to do the same. It also motivates the
person to continue to excel in what they are doing. To
recognize others I will continue to write one Of the
Month each month, in doing so it will keep me aware
of all the hard work going on within housing.
Why Vice President?
Being involved with NRHH for the past 3
years has given me the opportunity to
explore different positions on the
Executive Board. I am really passionate
about inducting new members, who will
be dedicated. I love dealing with
membership, planning the induction
ceremony and encouraging new and
returning residents to apply for NRHH. If I
do receive this position as Vice-President,
some of my goals would be to create a
welcoming environment for residents. I will
strive to create events for residents that
will emphasize the important values for
students to grasp by providing more
information about different awareness. I
will stay organized so I am able to
maintain the status of all members and
coordinate each semester’s Induction
Ceremony. Another one of my goals will
be to get members more involved in
NRHH. This has been a goal for the past 2
years on the E-board, it is still a challenge
but it is something I am ready to tackle.
Through experience, as an executive
board member believe I can bring a lot of
wisdom and advice to this incoming E-
board. I plan to share my knowledge of
what worked in the past, what we can
improve on and challenges that were
presented throughout the term so that we
as an E-board will be able overcome thee
prevent specific things from happening.
