SERIES INFORMATION
GENERAL SERIES INFORMATION:
- THE SERIES IS COMPRISED OF 4 INDOOR TRCK AND FIELD MEETS (3 QAULIFYING MEETS AND 1
CHAMPIONSHIP MEET) HOSTED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI.
- THE FIRST 3 MEETS ARE QUALIFYING MEETS (JANUARY 12TH
, JANUARY 19TH
AND JANUARY 27TH). THE
SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP IS TO BE CONTESTED ON SATURDAY FEBRUARY 16TH
.
- THE SERIES IS ONLY OPEN TO ATHLETES CURRENTLY IN HIGH SCHOOL. NO COLLEGIATE, POST
COLLEGIATE OR MASTER’S ATHLETES ARE PERMITTED TO COMPETE.
CHAMPIONSHIP MEET QUALIFYING:
- THE CHAMPIONSHIP MEET (FEBRUARY 16TH) IS AN INVITATIONAL.
- ATHLETES WILL BE INVITED TO COMPETE IN THE SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP BASED OFF OF PERFORMANCE IN
THE 3 QUALIFYING MEETS. INVITES WILL BE EXTENDED TO ATHLETES WHO ACHIEVE THE POSTED
STANDARD OR UNTIL THE MINIMUM FIELD INVITED IS REACHED.
- THE ATHLETES ACHIEVING THE STANDARD WILL BE ADDED TO A QUALIFYING LIST THAT IS POSTED
TUESDAY FOLLOWING EACH QUALIFYING MEET. THE FINAL SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP INVITATION LIST WILL
BE POSTED ON TUESDAY JANUARY 29TH
. ATHLETES ON THE FINAL LIST ARE INVITED TO COMPETE AT THE
CHAMPIONSHIP. INVITED ATHLETES CAN THEN PRE-REGISTER ONLINE OR DAY OF THE MEET.
- ONLY PERFORMANCES ACHIEVED AT THE QUALIFYING MEETS WILL BE RECOGNIZED FOR INVITATION TO
THE SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP. NO PERFORMANCE FROM ANY OTHER COMPETITION WILL BE RECOGNIZED.
- ATHLETE’S QUALFYING IN MULTIPLE EVENTS MUST DECLARE WHICH EVENTS THEY WILL COMPETE IN.
SCRATCHING OR NOT COMPETING IN ONE DECLARED EVENT WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL OR
DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE ATHLETES OTHER EVENTS.

MEET INFORMATION ENTRY INFORMATION
$10.00 first event, $5 each additional event
Spectator Admission $5
REGISTRATION/CHECK IN
Online registration closes at 5pm the day before competition (Credit/Debit Card).
Onsite registration begins at 9:00am. (CASH/CHECK ONLY for Onsite Registration)
WRISTBANDS
All athletes and spectators must have a wristband in order to enter the facility. Athletes receive a wristband
included with entry fee. Spectator wristbands may be purchased for $5 the day of the event in the ticket booth
(pictured below) located outside the East side of the Hearnes building.
PREREGISTERED ATHLETES (ENTERED AND PAID ONLINE) TICKET BOOTH: If you signed up for the meet online then you will need to bring your registration
confirmation with you to “Preregistered Windows” lines at the ticket both. You may print and sign waiver from
our website to help speed up your check in. Athletes will receive your wristband and bib number. Please put
your wristband on prior to entering the facility. You are free to proceed into the Fieldhouse once you have these
items. You will not need to complete any other steps in the registration area!
TEAM REGISTRATION (ENTERED ONLINE BUT NEED TO PAY) TICKET BOOTH: You will need to go to the ticket booth on the east side of the Hearnes Center. There will
be a dedicated window for Team Processing. A packet will be ready for you including all of your athlete’s
wristbands and bib numbers upon payment. However, you will need to purchase wristbands for any coaches you
may have so that they may enter the facility. If there are any spectators with the team they will need to purchase
a wristband as well. Please have your athletes put on their wristbands prior to entering the facility. CASH OR
CHECK ONLY!!! WE WILL NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO PROCESS CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS!

WALKUP REGISTRATION (DAY OF EVENT) TICKET BOOTH: If you are signing up for the meet the day of the event you will need to go to the ticket
booth on the east side of the Hearnes Center. There you will need to share how many events you are entering
and pay your entry fee. If there are any spectators you will need to purchase a wristband for anyone not
competing but entering the facility. Please put your wristbands on your wrist prior to entering the facility.

REGISTRATION AREA: Once you have paid your fee and/or purchased wristbands you may proceed to the
registration area. Registration tables will be set up in the concourse around the volleyball arena. You will need
to provide your entry information (available online), turn in your completed waiver (available online), and
collect your bib number. Upon completion of these steps you may proceed into the Fieldhouse.
POLE DROP OFF
Pole vaulters with pole vault poles may drop off poles just inside the grey doors on the East side of the
Fieldhouse (next to ticket booth) and then proceed through registration.
GENERAL INFORMATION
FACILITY: HEARNES FIELDHOUSE FACILITY VIDEO
Elevation: 758 feet
Track: 200 meter Martin ISS-2000 encapsulated surface; 6-39” lanes on the oval; 8-48” lanes on the
straightaway.
LJ/TJ: Elevated Mondo Runway, 180 feet in total length
Men: 16’ and 42’ board locations
Women: 10’ and 34’ board locations
*Alternative boards may be used if needed in the triple jump competition.
HJ: Martin ISS-2000 encapsulated approach; UCS landing pit.
SP/WT: Inset ring, wood surface.
PV: Raised, Mondo Runway, UCS Landing Pit
PLEASE NOTE: Locker facilities in the Hearnes building are very limited. Athletes should plan to arrive
dressed to compete. If showers are used, your athletes must provide their own locks and towels.
SPIKES
Spikes with one-quarter (1/4”) will be allowed.
RUNNING EVENT CHECK-IN:
Report to the clerk at the clerking area, located at the Southwest corner of the track AT LEAST 20 MINUTES
prior to the start of the event.
FIELD EVENT CHECK-IN
Field participants must check in with the head judge of their event NO LATER THAN 30 MINUTES prior to
the start of their event. They may be in the area of their event one hour prior to the competition.
TIMING
Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) will be used for all races.
HEAT SHEETS AND RESULTS
Heat sheets will be posted on the wall at the northwest end of the track. Complete results and qualifying list
will be made available on the Missouri Athletic website, http://www.mutigers.com/sports/c-track/miss-c-track-
body.html and www.trxctiming.com
IMPLEMENT CERTIFICATION:
All throwing implements must be weighed and measured 45 minutes prior to the start of the event. Implement
weigh-ins shall be in the Northeast corner of the track at the field official’s table.
BIB NUMBERS/HIP NUMBERS
All athletes are to wear their bib numbers on the front of their uniforms, with the exception of the pole vault and
throws contestants, who may wear it on the back of their uniform. Hip numbers are to be worn on both hips of
the athlete.
WARM-UP
All warm-ups on the infield are prohibited. Only those competitors who are actually participating in field
events will be allowed on the infield during the meet. All warm-ups will be done outside or in the main
concourse of the Hearnes Arena.
PERSONAL MUSIC DEVICE
The uses of personal headphone devices as well as cell phones are prohibited in the official warm up and
competitive areas. Violations can result in disqualification from the meet. These areas include anywhere inside
or on or inside the track. Devices may be used in the bleachers and outside the Fieldhouse area.

Entry Procedure
All entries must be submitted online via TRXC Timing
Coaches/Parents enter all of your athletes as Varsity – Division
Coaches/Parents use High School for your Account Classification
You can go back to the entry web site and update your entries any time before the
entry deadline
Unattached: All athletes will compete “unattached” in order to avoid conflict
with high school activities association rules. Coaches can enter teams under their
schools name. TRXC will make each entrant unattached after the entry deadline
Entry is a five (5) step process
1. Create an Account or Log into an existing Account
2. Add your roster or update your existing roster
3. Go to “Meets” and select the meet you wish to enter
4. Click on the individual events and add your athletes to those events
5. Pay online with a credit card
