Why Alaska?Alaska is known for America’s final frontier.Denali is home to the tallest mountain in

North America, Mt. McKinley, standing at 20,320 feet.

We will have an opportunity to see the big five: Grizzly Bears, Moose, Elk, Dall Sheep and Wolves.

Alaska is a beautiful place, with purple mountains and aqua colored glaciers.

Some merit badges that can be worked on during this trip are requirements in Hiking, Whitewater, and Horsemanship.
