Roles- Bakery/Outlet/Branch Administrator Billing Employee
Administrator
The administrator can be Director/General Manager. He has full rights to access the master settings where the Group/Item can be added, add tables, Branch details, Contact details and ledger can be set.
Oversee daily sales & orders of the store, Stock requested, Stock Received & Stock returned with reason also can be tracked.
Alter bill details like cash bill to card or vice-versa. All reports from Day closing till Sales hour-wise reports Today’s order received and today’s delivery.
Billing Employee
The billing person can note the cake orders with details and print invoice based on that. Any advances/payment received against the order can be noted also. Today’s delivery can be tracked separately
POS Billing with/without touch screen easily operable by button. Request and receive stock from Production. Return damages or date barred stock to production. Note the payment or expenditure incurred in the store. Alter bill from cash to card or vice-versa KOT Sales with table management.

Roles- Production/Manufacturing Unit Administrator Production Employee/Chef
Administrator

Retain the recipe book and control the purchase on raw material with Low-Stock Alert Track stock request from Branch and sent from production Control Raw material stock and finished goods stock. Track messaging between Bakery outlet and Manufacturing unit. Track expenses incurred.
Chef
The chef can get alert on low-stock. Set Recipe book and execute based on recipe book. Based on estimated execution, chef can note the actual output of item and note reason for variance. Send the stock requested from store based on availability. Note down the expenses incurred.
