DESCRIPTION
The University of Puerto Rico is aware of the importance of higher education for the Latino population in the United States and recognizes that it can play a significant role in their education. While these students are usually familiar with the Spanish language, some are not quite prepared to enroll in an academic program offered fully in Spanish. Thus, we offer a limited number of students the opportunity to participate in our special Bilingual Initiative for Latino Students. The program offers courses in English and the opportunity to obtain a college degree at a first rate University at an affordable cost.TRANSCRIPT
