WHEREAS the City has initiated a zoning review, through the Annexed Area Zoning Project at the request of Council, of land located at 1701-1915 Fanshawe Park Road West, as shown on the map attached to this by-law, as set out below; AND WHEREAS this rezoning conforms to the Official Plan; AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2-1-051390, which proposes zoning for the lands at 1701-1915 Fanshawe Park Road West, has been deferred by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of London: AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2-1-051390 has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board is not, as of the date of the passing of this by-law, in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990,~. AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2-1-051390 has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board is not, as of the date of the passing of this by-law, in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990,~. P.13, as amended;

AND WHEREAS the lands are currently zoned under Zoning By-law No.

Schedule " A to By-law No. 5000 (Former London Township) is hereby amended by deleting the Rural Residential (RR) and Agricultural (AI) Zones applicable to lands located at 1701-1915 Fanshawe Park Road West, as shown on the attached map comprising part of Key Map No. 11 to By-law No. 5000, and deleting the lands from the By-law.

Key Map No. 1 to By-law No. 2.-1, as shown on the attached map, is amended by applying a Residential R1 Special Provision (RI-14( )) Zone to 1805,1815, 1857 and 1875 Fanshawe Park Road West and applying another Residential RISpecial Provision (RI-14( )) Zone to 1701-1785, 1835, 1845 and 1889-1915 Fanshawe Park Road West.

The inclusion in this By-law of imperial measure along with metric measure is for the purpose of convenience only and the metric measure governs in case of any discrepancy between the two measures.

This By-law shall come into force and be deemed to come into force in accordance with subsection 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, either upon the date of the passage of this by-law or as otherwise provided by the said subsection.

WHEREAS the City has initiated a zoning review, through the Annexed Area Zoning Project at the request of Council, of land located at 1922-1956 Mallard Road and lands at the west end of Woodcock Street, as shown on the map attached to this by-law, as set out below;

AND WHEREAS this rezoning conforms to the Official Plan;

AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2-1-051390, which proposes zoning for the lands at 1922-1956 Mallard Road and lands at the west end of Woodcock Street, has been deferred by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of London;

AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2-1-051390 has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board is not, as of the date of the passing of this by-law, in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990,~. P.13, as amended;

AND WHEREAS the lands are currently zoned under By-law No. 5000 (Former London Township);

THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of London enacts as follows:

1) Schedule " A to By-law No. 5000 (Former London Township) is herbyamended by deleting the Light Industrial (M2) Zone applicable to lands located at 1922-1 956 Mallard Road and lands at the west end of Woodcock Street, as shown on the attached map comprising part of Key Map No. 4 to By-law No. 5000 and deleting the lands from the By-law.

2) Key Map No. 12 to By-law No. 2.-1, as shown on the attached map, is amended by applying an Open Space (OS4) at 1922-1 956 Mallard Road and lands at the west end of Woodcock Street.

The inclusion in this By-law of imperial measure along with metric measure is for the purpose of convenience only and the metric measure governs in case of any discrepancy between the two measures.

This By-law shall come into force and be deemed to come into force in accordance with subsection 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, either.upon the date ofthe passage ofthis by-law oras otherwise provided by the said subsection.

A by-law to amend By-law No. 2000 and By- law Z.-1 to rezone an area of land located in the central portion of 1380 Wilton Grove Road.

WHEREAS the City has initiated a zoning review, through the Annexed Area Zoning Project at the request of Council, a portion of land located at 1380 Wilton Grove Road, as shown on the map attached to this by-law, as set out below;

AND WHEREAS this rezoning conforms to the Official Plan;

AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2-1-051390, which proposes zoning for the lands at 4922 White Oak Road, has been deferred by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of London ;

AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2-1 -051390 has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board has is not, as of the date of the passing of this by-law, in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended;

AND WHEREAS the lands are currentlyzoned under By-law No. 2000 (FormerTown of Westminster);

THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of London enacts as follows:

1) Schedule " A to By-law No. 2000 (Former Town of Westminster) is hereby amended by deleting the Industrial Holding (MI-H) Zone applicable to lands municipally located in the central portion of 1380 Wilton Grove Road as shown on the attached map comprising part of Key Map No.5 to By-law No. 2000, and deleting the lands from the By-law.

Key Map No. 150 of By-law No. 2.-1-051390, as shown on the attached map, is amended by changing the zoning applicable to lands located in the central portion of 1380 Wilton Grove Road to apply the Environmental Review (ER) Zone.

The inclusion in this By-law of imperial measure along with metric measure is for the purpose of convenience only and the metric measure governs in case of any discrepancy between the two measures.

This By-law shall come into force and be deemed to come into force in accordance with subsection 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, either upon the date of the passage ofthis by-law or as otherwise provided by the said subsection.

WHEREAS the City has initiated a zoning review, through the Annexed Area Zoning Project at the request of the property owner, of land located at 4922 White Oak Road, as shown on the map attached to this by-law, as set out below;

AND WHEREAS this rezoning conforms to the Official Plan;

AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2-1-051390, which proposes zoning for the lands at 4922 White Oak Road, has been passed by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of London and has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board;

AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2-1-051390 has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board is not, as of the date of the passing of this by-law, in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c. P.13; as amended;

THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of London enacts as follows:

Key Map No. 170 of By-law No. 2.-1-051390, as shown on the attached map, is amended by repealing the Agricultural (AG2) Zone applicable to a portion of lands located at 4922 White Oak Road and applying a Neighbourhood Facility (NFI) Zone.

The inclusion in this By-law of imperial measure along with metric measure is for the purpose of convenience only and the metric measure governs in case of any discrepancy between the two measures.

This By-law shall come into force and be deemed to come into force in accordance with subsection 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, either upon the date of the passage ofthis by-law or as otherwise provided by the said subsection.

A by-law to amend By-law No. Z.-1- 051390 (Annexed Area Zoning By- law Amendment) to make revisions to Section 2 (Definitions)

WHEREAS the City has initiated a zoning review, through the Annexed Area Zoning Project at the request of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, as set out below;

AND WHEREAS these zoning changes conform to the Official Plan;

AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2-1-051390 has been passed by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of London and has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board;

AND WHEREAS the Ontario Municipal Board has not, as of the date of the passing of this by-law, heard the matter relating to the appeal of 2-1-051390

THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of London enacts as follows:

By-law No. 2-1-051390 is amended by deleting the existing definitions in Section 2 (Definitions) and replacing them with the following;

" AGRICULTURAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT means an establishment, other than an automotive use, that is at a small scale, is intended to service the local agricultural community and provides a non-personal service or craft which supports an agricultural use, including, but not necessarily limited to farm drainage and excavation; contracting and trades related to farm buildings and structures; welding; agricultural machinery repairs; vehicle repair; custom spraying, tillage, planting and harvesting services; and water well drilling.

"AGRICULTURAL SUPPLY ESTABLISHMENT means an establishment that sells goods and materials which directly support agricultural uses defined by this By-law. The agricultural use must be of a small scale that is intended to serve the local agricultural community and may include the sale, processing and storage of seed, feed, fertilizer and chemical products, vehicle sales and service establishments and farm fuel suppliers and depots."
