Billing

From the “Billing” tab you can view invoices and make payments online. This tab is made up of five main

pages:

• Billing Overview (accessible by clicking the bolded Billing header)

• Make A One Time Payment

• View Invoices

• Manage Payment Methods

• Reports

Billing Overview page

The Billing Overview page provides a holistic view into invoices, accounts and current charges with

access to frequently used transactions.

Once you land on the Billing Overview page there are four tabs you can use to navigate to other billing

related transactions and information:

Invoices - provides current and historical invoice information.

Payment history - provides detailed information for payments.

Reports - brings you to the wireless reports landing page.

Usage - provides an account level summary of account usage.

From the Invoices tab on the Billing overview page, you can quickly drill into account level details by

clicking on the plus sign next to an account number

Use the Actions menu to Manage Payments and Manage Accounts. Check the box next to one or

multiple accounts. Then click on the Actions menu and select the transaction.

Searching for invoices

To search for a specific invoice:

1. Enter the account number, invoice number, bill account alias or account name in the “Search by”

field.

2. Select the month for the invoice you want to view from the “View” dropdown.

3. The invoice for that account and billing period will appear.

To search for an invoice by date:

1. Select a date from the “View By” dropdown.

2. The list of accounts for that invoice date will appear in the billing table below.

View and/or print the entire table of invoice information shown on the page by using the Download button.

The Download button gives you the following viewing and printing options:

• Export table – export all rows in the summary view of invoices displayed on the page.

• Export selected rows – check the box next to one or multiple accounts to export specific

information.

• Invoice – select one row first to view the invoice for that account.

To view the online invoice:

1. Locate the account invoice and click on the download icon next to the invoice number.

The account invoice summary will open in a pdf document.

View Invoices

The View Invoices page gives a summary view into your invoices, access details, call detail and other

billing information.

Note: You can choose to view an invoice for a different billing account number, account alias, invoice

date, or invoice number by selecting a new value from a dropdown at the top of the page.

To view charges and usage for a specific wireless number:

1. Click on the “Total Charges and Usage” link.

The Breakdown of Total Charges page will open with three tabs of data:

• Total Charges: displays total charges

• Usage: displays minutes used

• Shared Usage: shared usage across multiple lines

To view call details for a specific wireless number

1. Click on the “Voice Detail” link.

2. Select the Account Number, the Statement date and the Wireless number. Click “Go”

3. Voice details for your selection will display. Use the download options to export the data

into a shareable file.

Make a Payment

From the “Make a payment” page, you can make immediate payments for one or more billing accounts.

Notes:

• A maximum of $100,000 is allowed per transaction; however, you may make multiple

transactions.

• You may not pay more than is owed.

To make a one-time payment:

1. Go the Manage Account menu and select Make a Payment

2. Accounts that you have access to will display on the page with current balance and due date

information.

3. Use the Search option to quickly narrow results. This is especially helpful if you have several

pages of billing accounts. Search by Billing account, Billing Account Alias or Account Type.

You can also customize the columns of data shown on this page by using the gear icon.

4. Check the box next to the accounts you would like to pay. If you are making a payment for more

than one account and using the same payment method, use the option at the top of the page to

“Apply the same payment method to selected accounts”

5. Select the date you would like to make your payment then the amount. You must have a balance

due to make a payment. Choose the payment method. You can add a bank or credit card if you

do not have any payment methods saved on file.

6. After you have made your selections click the “Submit” button. You have successfully made a

one-time payment.

Manage Payment Methods

Before payments can be made online, you will need to set up payment accounts.

To set up a payment account:

1. Click on the Manage Account menu and go to the “Manage Payment Methods” page

from the main menu or the Actions menu.

2. Click on the “Add bank account” or the “Add credit card” button.

3. Enter the requested information, and click on the “Save” button. You have successfully

created a new payment account.

Auto payment

From the Billing overview page or the Manage Payment Methods page, you can set up recurring monthly

payments for each account.

Notes:

• If you have previously been set up with automatic payment options, you must first have these

removed from the billing system in order to set up recurring payments through My Business

Account. To have previous automatic payment options removed, contact Customer Service at

(800) 922-0204.

To set up auto payments:

1. Click on the Actions menu, then select “Setup auto payments”

2. Select “Create schedule” to setup auto pay.

3. Check the box next to the accounts to enroll in auto pay

4. Select the payment method for your auto payments. If no payment method is saved on

file click add bank account or credit card. Note: the bill cycle date is different from the payment

date.

5. Verify and submit your auto payment. Note: you will receive an email, 10 days before the

scheduled payment, confirming that the payment will process on the selected date.

Paper free

There are a few convenient ways to go paper free.

1. Click the leaf icon on the Billing overview page or go to the Actions menu and select

Manage Paper-Free.

2. Check the box next to the accounts you want to be paperless and click Submit.
