Biodiesel Processing Plant

5. Basic Plant Parameters & Equipments
a. Oil Pre treatment: A skid of various equipment like filters/Dryers/
Esterification complete in all respects, to make the oil clean and suitable for
Transesterification aided by specially designed micro strainer filters & Heat
Exchanger.
b. A unique specially designed plug Flow Chemical reactor with all controls
to complete Transesterification/ Esterification reaction to produce esterified
oil/methyl ester with the formation of water and Glycerol.
c. Necessary filters to separate the undesirable matters in the feed oil to
make the oil ready for Transesterification.
d. A methoxide reactor in LLDPE with necessary agitators/ Shear mixers and control gauges with dosing pumps and static online mixers.
e. A Transesterification Unit in LLDPE as above with base Transesterification
module .Plus an Esterification reactor.

f. 2 Nos. glycerin separating Column with necessary internal separating
arrangements / Flash separator, viewing glass, & Accessories complete in all
respects.
g. Two nos of washing / Purification column with necessary wash nozzles and
necessary arrangements for DRY WASH.
h. Water cooling system in built in Glycerin column.
i. Electrical Control Panel with digital meters etc.
j. A lot of Heat Exchangers of different sizes to maintain the Process heat
Parameters.
k. A lot of Specialized Circulating and Mixing Pumps.

The above is a generalized list of equipment. The plant consists of many
pumps/ valves/ flow meters/ catalytic converters, day tanks of which details

8. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
10% Token Amount for Demo plant visit & signing MOU
45% advance along with the order. 35% balance against Performa Invoice before dispatch of Goods from Our Works. 05% once the trial testing is started. 05 % on successful commissioning of the plant.
9. DELIVERY: We are in a position to supply the equipment within a period of 1-2 months from the date of receipt of your technically and commercially clear order including receipt of advance. 10. VALIDITY:- The price mentioned above is based on the current prices of materials. Any variation to this price shall change the price of the plant. In such an event the price variation applicable will be mutually discussed and agreed. 11. Delay:
Delay In our receipt of the down payment will result in a similar delay to the final shipment date. 12. TAXES :
Taxes, Duties, Packing, Forwarding, Insurance, transportation are not included in the proposal and will be charged at actual at the time of delivery. 13. PACKAGING: 2% on Invoice value. If required, all fees for carting and packaging will be invoiced at cost. 14. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the order the purchaser is liable to compensate for the work carried out till the date of the cancellation.

15. Force Majeure- No liability shall be attached to us for delayed execution of the project as a result of Force Majeure.
16. Jurisdiction- All disputes and differences arising out of or connected with this order failing amicable settlement shall be referred to jurisdiction of courts of Patna.
17. ERECTION & COMMISSIONING:- Erection will be in Buyer's scope. In case of supervision required during commissioning activities it will be at Extra Charges to be discussed and agreed mutually. ERECTION & COMMISSIONING

The BUYER will provide in addition –
a. Free unfettered access to site
b. Free accommodations at site
c. Free telephone at site
d. Free local transport to and from the place of their stay to work site.
II. BUYER to provide safe and comfortable office space with all the utilities and sanitary
facilities within the site premises for the CCBPP Pvt.Ltd.’s team deputed, for the safe
custody of their files and documents at free of cost.
III. BUYER to cover the Engineer’s of CCBPP Pvt.Ltd. under their General Insurance
Policy against all risks to them or their property from the first day of their arrival to the
countryof Project execution till the time they leave the same.
IV. BUYER to confirm to CCBPP Pvt.Ltd. regarding such insurance atleast 20 days prior to the arrival of
CCBPP Pvt.Ltd.’s team.
V. CCBPP Pvt.Ltd.will depute an additional team of Engineers and technicians as required
for 30 (thirty) days to perform the pre commissioning tests, no load run, full load run and
performance guarantee.
As populations expand, technology progresses, and cultures evolve humans create a setting where their relationship with their natural environment is incrementally complex. The continued existence of the species is dependent on the natural resources that sustain it. Hence the conservation and protection of our resource base must be a vital priority. In opposition to traditional fuels, finite resources extracted from the soil, biodiesel is renewable: it can be replenished at the same rate as it is being consumed.
Biodiesel, when burned, releases less harmful emissions than diesel hybrid, B20 (20%biodiesel, 80% propane diesel), ethanol 85%, diesel or gasoline. In fact biodiesel has the following advantages when compared to traditional fuels

The combustion of biodiesel is more complete and efficient that that of
diesel or gasoline hence the process releases less carbon monoxide (CO),
the most prevalent air pollutant whose main source happens to be non-
ideal combustion. While most emissions are in the form of NO for the
nitrous oxides (NOX), NO has no adverse health effects. However, NO2,
the result of oxidation of NO, is related to respiratory diseases, acid rain,
algal blooms and fish kills, and photochemical smog. Soot and polycyclic
aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs, of which many are carcinogenic) enter the
human system in the form of particulate matter and are associated with
respiratory diseases. Sulfur oxides (SOX), with combustion being their
main source, have adverse effects on health, a synergistic effect with
particulate matter, and can result in acid rain.

ADVANTAGES :- Biodiesel is an ecological fuel which has the following characteristics:
It is obtained from renewable raw materials. Biodiesel can be produced from vegetal, animal and recycled oils. Among vegetables, although there are more than three hundred types of oil, the most common one in biodiesel production is soybean, waste, sunflower and palm.
The recycled oils come from the collection of sectors such as restaurants, nourishing, domestic kitchens, etc.
During its combustion it costs smaller amount of CO2 than the one absorbed on their growth, so that the final
balance of CO2 emissions is positive.
Do contain neither benzene nor other carcinogenic aromatic substances, such as aromatic hydrocarbons.
It is easily biodegradable, and in case of spill and/or accident, it do not put in danger neither the ground nor underground waters.
Biodiesel is biodegradable in approximately 21 days. The absence of a chemical and synthetic compound makes it innocuous with our environment.
Is not dangerous merchandise, the flash point is over 110º C.
Biodiesel flash point is over 110ºC, for that reason it is not classified like dangerous merchandise, which
helps on safe storage and safe manipulation.
