Dana has more than 15 years of experience in Compliance at Humana. She is a certified Lean Leader and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Spalding University in 2005. Currently Dana is a Compliance Consultant for Delegation Compliance at Humana. In this role Dana conducts auditing and monitoring activities, as well as Project Management for the company. In Humana’s Delegation Compliance department, Dana provides audit and consultation with delegated entities for both Credentialing and Clinical Health Services to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. She also prepares and presents delegation oversight evidence and delegated provider files for regulatory and accreditation reviews. In addition to auditing and monitoring activities Dana has developed and maintained several policy and procedure documents for Delegation Compliance. Dana has also lead several teams within Delegation Compliance thru project completion related to process improvement, best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements. Dana is a Compliance Consultant for Delegation Compliance at Humana. In this role Dana conducts

In Humana’s Delegation Compliance department, Dana provides audit and consultation with delegated

joining Delegation Compliance, Dana has participated in serval career cultivating activities, such as

Essentials of Facilitation, Project Management and Share Point Designer courses to name a few. Her

ability to communicate and facilitate gave Dana the ability to serve as a leader in both the Delegation

Integration Team and Compliance Integration Team. By fostering a can-do positive attitude and striving

for mutual success, Dana employs a positive leadership style that encourages collaboration among team

members, and builds consensus in favor of best practices.
