OSMOSIS IN PLANT CELLS
OBSERVING TURGIDITY AND PLASMOLYSIS IN PLANT CELLS.MATERIALS. SOLUTIONSISOTONIC SOLUTION (Saline Solution). 0,9 % ---0,9 g of Sodium Chloride in 100 cc of Distilled water.STRONG SOLUTION (HYPERTONIC), 9%----9 g of Sodium Chloride in 100cc of Distilled water.DISTILLED WATER (HYPOTONIC SOLUTION).
Distilled water is water that has many of its impurities removed through distillation. Distillation involves boiling the water and then condensing the steam into a clean container.
