The effect of Penicillin on Bacterial Growth

Dependant Variable- diameter of the clear zone Independent Variable- concentration of Penicillin Control variables- same volume of the penicillin capsules, the temperature of the petri dishes in which they were incubating, the number of days the dishes were incubated for, equal spread of the Staphylococus Epidermis, (Albus) throughout the whole petri dish. Hypothesis:The higher the concentration of the penicillin applied on the agar plate containing the gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococus Epidermidis (Albus), the bigger the diameter of the clear zone.
