ORDER

Out of the balance fund available at District an amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen

Thousand) only is hereby sub-alloffed in favour of Block Development Offtcer, Mayureswar-ll Dev.

Block (as per under noted calculation sheet) tow'ards Kitchen devices for the under noted school (copy !

enclosed) in connection with Cooked Mid-Day-Meal Progtamme.

The fund will be directly remitted to the bank account of the B.D.O. Mayureswar-ll. The Block

Development Officer is requested to utilize the fund as Per Government order.

. The Utilization Certificate in respect of the amount sanctioned herein should be furnished to the

undersigned in proper format indicating the number of schools where kitchen equipment/devices

have been provided along with statement of expenditure in due course of time.

. A separate account of funds received should be maintained and fund must not be diverted for any

purpose other than that for which it has been sanctioned'
