Welcome to the first Birmingham 117th apocalypse game!

You will needMax of 3000pt army (list to be handed in!)

Tape measure, dice and templates.

Codex and expansions being used (including imperial armours,

apocalypse etc. (rules may be printed off but you must have a copy

of the rules for EVERYTHING you are using! Including those custom

rules that have been allowed by the high lords)

Entrance fee (5)

Food and drink are sold on site and ticket includes pizza at lunch

(let us know about allergies/dislikes)

Your armyYour army is a 3000pts list with the following limitations

WIZIWIG every model in your army must be fully built andrepresent what it is equipped with/ being used as

Flyers must have their flying bases! 1 super heavy or gargantuan creature per person Formations are allowed and encouraged (though bring the

PRINTED rules for them) No duplicate special characters on the board (theres only one

ghazghkull) discuss who gets to take who with other players

that are using your race/codex)

Must have a warlord. Custom rules are allowed as are apocalypse formations and

forge world.

Rules queriesAny rules problems or arguments will be solved 1 of 2 ways.

Dice off The games master (in this case Daniel Robinson) will decide.

The gameThe game is a standard apocalypse game with the following

restrictions/additions

the armies involved will be split into two teams each team will have one general(the highest pts value special

character on your team. If there no special characters than use

an HQ slot character. The general gets to roll twice on the

warlord table though one has to be from the main 40k

rulebook

The game has six primary objectives (mysterious) worth 3 victory

points each and 3 secondary objectives which are as follows

1.Turning point. 2 victory points awarded to the first team to killa super heavy or gargantuan creature

2.SPEARTIP. 2 victory pts are awarded for every super heavywithin 6 of the enemies home objective( the one deployed in

their deployment zone)

3.Head of the snake. 2 victory points are awarded if your teamslays the enemy general.

There will be 3 strategic assets per side (chosen at the start of the

game by the team captain) plus any purchased as part of aformation.

There will also be personal secret objectives for players to complete

on their own. These must remain secret until the objective is

completed even from your team mates! And are worth varying

victory pts depending on difficulty.

The game will last a total of 5-6 turns.

Time schedule Arrival 9.00am 9.30am Deployment to commence no later than 10.30am Lunch at 2.30pm Finish is planned for 6-7pm
