NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 21 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT:MUNICIPAL DEMARCATION ACT, 1998, (ACT No. 27 OF 1998) READ
WITH SECTION 6 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPALSTRUCTURES, 1998 (ACT No. 117 OF 1998)
(Eastern Cape: ECDMA10 and ECDMA13)

In terms of section 21 of the Local Government: Municipal Demarcation Act,1998 (Act No. 27 of 1998), read with section 6 of the Local Government:Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No.17 of 1998), the MunicipalDemarcation Board has withdrawn the declaration of certain districtmanagement areas, and has re-determined the boundaries of certainmunicipalities as reflected in the Schedule.
Members of the public are invited to submit written objections to:
