Bizsolindia Financial Services (Bizsol FinServ) is a boutique financial services consultancy catering

predominantly to corporates. The company strives to augment the existing operations of

corporates of all sizes to stream-line their processes - be it in treasury management, project

financing, FEMA/RBI statutory compliances, debt re-structuring as well as hedge accounting to

help them develop their processes to best-in-class standards.

Adwait has a Bachelor’s degree in Comm. from Symbiosis College of Commerce followed by a Master’s in Financial Analysis and Fund Management from the University of Exeter, England.

After a short stint at Oman International Bank, Mumbai,

where he gained his initial experience on the trading

floor dealing with forex markets and execution of forex

deals, Adwait moved to a financial services company,

where he set up and headed their operations in Tamil

Nadu. This was then followed by an extensive spell at

HDFC Bank, Chennai, as part of their niche Treasury

Advisory Group. He is now in charge of operations and

strategy execution for clients at Bizsol FinServ.

R. Venkitachalam is the Chairman of Bizsol Group. He had been the CEO of companies like VIP Industries Ltd., DGP Windsor (India) Ltd., and Lifeline Healthcare Enterprises Ltd. Substantive part of his career was with VIP Industries which under his stewardship scaled great heights in terms of business success by implementing innovative management practices. He has headed the Finance and Secretarial functions in VIP Industries Ltd.

He is a Commerce Graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has served on the Local Advisory Committee of Oman International Bank and was also a member of the Board of Management of Nashik People’s Co operative Bank.

Ashok Nawal, was a fellow member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountant of India. He is Founder of Bizsolindia Services Pvt. Ltd. He is practicing Cost and Management Accountant. He is presently Central Council Member of ICAI-CMA. He is having industry exposure of more than 36 years in the fields of Indirect Tax, Foreign Trade Policy, FEMA etc. Before founding this company he had worked with some of the renowned corporates like Mahindra’s, Piramal’s and Jain Group of industries.

He has imparted training to the officials of Central Excise department. He has also imparted training in more than 400 seminars organized by various corporates, industry association, professional bodies like ICAI-CA, ICAI-CMA,

Manoj Behede, is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and associate member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountant of India. He is Principal Advisor of Bizsolindia Services Pvt. Ltd and senior partner in Behede Joshi & Associate, Chartered Accountant. He has more than 20 years of experience with corporate exposure comprising of more than 12 years in strategic planning on Direct & Indirect Taxes and Foreign Trade Policy.
