The "Black Gold" Entertainment Hardware Award, the official award of eSmart, is jointly organized by Howell Interna-tional Trade Fair Ltd. - the organizer of ChinaJoy, and ZOL - China's leading IT portal.

As an integral part of the eSmart, awarding and prizing for excellent products is an indispensable part of the process. Because of this, the "Black Gold" Award was created. Black Gold trophy has the metaphor of ancient Egyptian pyramid that symbolizes supreme power and glamour. Trophy lines are straight and tough, and golden lines rise from the base to the top, symbolizing the black technology’s inexhaustible power in driving development.

Black Gold Hardware Award 2018 offered awards for eight fields, including wearable products, audio& video prod-ucts, game terminal products, game hardware, mobile equipment, smart products, blockchain hardware, and innovation-al products. The ceremony of this year’s Black Gold Award was held in Shanghai Kerry Hotel Pudong. Around 100 well-known hardware manufacturers and media colleagues jointly witnessed the glorious moment. After nearly two months of review, 30 products had been chosen from more than 1,000 pieces of technological products submitted, and were conferred with Black Gold Award.

2019 eSmart will set up a number of theme areas such as VR/AR hardware, game and e-sport hardware and peripher-als, intelligent mobile and wearable, intelligent entertainment hardwareand fashionable hardware, to further highlight its professionalism, authoritativeness, international characteristics, and provide an excellent stage for intelligent entertainment hardware companies to showcase their products. For this eSmart exhibition, it is estimated that there will come hundreds of intelligent entertainment hardware products displayed in the exhibition site, so that the audience who made as high as more than 300,000 visits to the show can feel entertaining and innovation of the high-tech products in the prime time!

Challenger Shanghai, which was East & North Regional Final for amateurs, is also held in the Intel’s booth to add special fun to this summer.
