BlackBerry Hub with Instant ActionsUser can quickly triage the BlackBerry® Hub directly from the list view with quick and convenient actions for all types of communication.

• Email – Quickly toggle the Read status and perform other tasks such as file, flag and delete a message all in-line with a single click.

• Actionable Contacts in Email Composer – When in an email compose screen, the user can now transfer the conversation to another medium such as a voice call, SMS, Meeting Invite or other applicable action.

• Calendar – Accept and decline invites without opening it.

Battery• Power Saving Mode – Save power on your terms by customizing settings within the Power Saving Profile to increase battery life by up to 15%.**

• The new power saving profile enables customers to customize which applications and functionality should be restricted/remain active to help save power during regular use of their smartphone.

Calendar• Weekly/Monthly view – A new weekly agenda view has been added that will allow the user to see all the events and tasks for that week or month.

• Meeting Mode Option – Opt to automatically silence notifications when in a scheduled meeting or event. The device will utilize the user’s synced calendars to automatically put the phone in quiet mode for the duration of a meeting. (NOTE: Users have the ability to opt-in this mode is not enabled by default).

Camera• Automatic camera mode recommendation – Camera will automatically recommend modes and settings. Such as recommend ‘Time Shift’ when detecting faces, ‘HDR’ when detecting many variations in lighting, or HDR off when detect normal conditions, etc...

• Off line Timeshift – When a user takes a photo using Time Shift mode, they can edit the image right away or they now have the option to “Save for Later”. This will save the entire Time Shift capture burst to memory for edit at a more convenient time.

• Panorama – Panorama allows users to sweep their device horizontally (e.g. left to right) taking multiple photos and stitching them together to provide a single panoramic image.
