Customers of BB Torch are very satisfied with its battery life. It exceeded their expectations by 9%.
The customers of their competitors are universally disappointed with their batter life experiences.
BB Torch customers are more satisfied with the reliability of their phone than the customers of the
competing products as 73% of them used terms “durable” and “feels very solid” to describe their
experience.
86% of BB Torch customers, who commented on Operating System, have expressed disappointment
attributing “freeze” experiences, “software bugs” and “broken software features to the OS. It is
important to note that ALL products, subjected to this analysis, disappointed their customers.
Usability of the BB Torch exceeded their customers’ expectations as they commented about
“intuitive”, “easy to use” and “easy to learn” experiences. It beats the Torch’s usability contender,
Samsung Captivate, by 6%.
Sound volume and quality is the weakest point of BB Torch customer experience as all of its
competitors’ customers reported much higher satisfaction with their choices.
The size of the BB Torch drew some very negative comments from its customers as 9% of the
reviewers described it as “bulky”.
Captivate is the best (CSI=1.41) of Samsung phones as perceived by Samsung customers.
