Due to the sensitive nature of the Royal Botanical Gardens Victoria, there are a limited number of suppliers that are approved to provide equipmnet for functions through authoised gate access to the RBGV.
These suppliers have proven to be reliable & respectul toward both the gardens & cleints of the RBGV. They are knowledgeable in the rules & regulations of the gardens & are aware of the strict vehicle guidelines applicable to delivery vehicles. If these suppliers do not supply the equipment you require, please contact the function &s events office on 9885 2777 to discuss alternatives available.
