vision. That was the beginningin 1989. Company ’s founderand Managing Director HaraldSteiner bought a punch nibblermachine, hired an employeeand made his dreams cometrue with an own company.Today, more than 25 years

later, a staff of 170 occupies,13,050 m² of space, manu-facturing to order or contractanything the customer’s heartdesires, round the clock, inthree shifts.Over the years BVS has deve-loped into one of Germany ’sleading sheet metal processing

companies. And not by coinci-dence. One constant idea runslike a common thread throughthe company’s history until to-day: the investment in future,in state-of-the-art machines. The view of Harald Steiner hasalwasy been focused on theproduct requirements of to-morrow – but he never lostsight of here and now. “I greatly value the personalcontact to my customers; dis-cussing ideas and expectati-ons, material and productionmethods. Process comes from “proceed”, originating from theLatin for “to go ahead”. Thus with continuous improve-ment of our processes we will proceed to a successfulfuture with maximum added-value for our customers.

Punching/Laser cutting

The punching/nibbling machines withtool changer and conveyor to a high-bay warehouse system meet the cur-rent requirements for linear high-quality work pieces and short proces-sing times. High-speed laser facilitieswith CO2 or fiber laser and liner drivecombine maximum precision withhigh speed and economic production.

Bending

Whether automatic or manual, NCfolding presses guarantee high preci-sion , reliability and above all flexiblemanufacturing in bending parts.

Riveting

To connect parts we use various ri-vets. With clinching nuts or pressedin sockets and bolts we simplifydownstream assembly.

Surface Refinement

We use equipment for deburring,grinding and brushing of aluminiumand stainless steel. Powder coating,silk screen or tampon print give thefinal touch to housings.

Assembly

Specialists assemble the individualcomponents into complete, functio-ning modules or end products. Sen-sitive electronic components areinstalled in a special electrostaticprotected area (ESD) and verified forfunctionality.

Logistics

According to your needs, delivery willbe shipped immediately after manu-facturing or from our Logistics Centrewith a covered area of 3,000 m².Just-in-time, Kanban or logistics ser-vices like VMI (Vendor-managed In-ventory) are a matter of course for us.

Quality management

Quality control of our products is car-ried out through the conscientious in-spection of our employees, a 3D-CNCcoordinate measuring machine and a2D/3D laser scanner for inspection ofpunch laser cut panels. BVS is certi-fied according to international stan-dards.

Welding

Robotic laser-welding is known forhigh repetitive accuracy and preci-sion. We use welding methods likeWIG, MIG, MAG, as well as spot andstud welding with process control toensure an optimum material joint.
