WHAT COULD GO WRONG? THINKING AHEAD When we get into a big argument, we will hold a shop-wide meeting. We will always write out contractual agreements with clients. If we dont, we have no way to hold each other accountable. If one team member has to leave the team, they will discuss it within a month in advance of leaving. This way, we have time to find a replacement and dont get behind on our work schedule.
