Once space has been created use eyelet bracket to allow easier engagement of wire
Once the tooth moves into the line of the arch, the metal eyelet bracket can be replaced with a regular Cfast bracket
• Coil is compressed between 2 teeth.
• Measure distance between 2 brackets
• Add 2-3 mm and cut coil of this length
• Use quick ties on the teeth either side of the OCS
• Use IPR CONSERVATIVELY as previously described.
• Once space created use eyelet bracket to easily engage wire
• When tooth in better position – replace eyelet bracket with conventional Cfast bracket.
