After you have read each book, you will find some tasks to complete. The tasks may be something to talk about, draw, do or write. Below are questions that you can answer about your book. Personal Project: Minibeasts Health and WellbeingWe are learning to recognise the habitats of minibeasts. We are learning to create a Sports DayWe

1. Minibeast Habitats - Watch the PowerPoint minibeasts and their microhabitats. Can you complete the worksheet identifying and matching the minibeasts to their habitats?

2. Bug Hotel - Insects and other minibeasts need safe spaces to shelter, hide from predators and raise their young. You can help them by building a bug hotel in your garden or outside area. Make a list of things that you could use to create a safe place for bugs. Think about things that are natural and things that will be found in a garden or outside area. Design and draw your own Bug Hotel. Share it on Teams.

3. Challenge: Minibeast Collage Natural objects make wonderful art materials. To make a minibeast collage, collect flower petals, leaves, sticks and feathers. (Never pick wild plants, please only gather what has fallen naturally to the ground.)
