Let’s look at possible blood types of the children of a couple whose blood types are AB- and O-.

Looking at our chart, the genotype for AB- is AB-- and the genotype for O- is OO--.

We need to FOIL and then draw a Punnett square.

From one parent we can get A- or B-From the other we can only get O-.
