Course ObjectiveThe Blue Coat Certifed PacketShaper Proessional (BCPSP) course is intended or IT proessionals who

wish to develop and master the skills to properly install, operate and confgure PacketShaper. It replaces

the Packeteer Advanced Trafc Analysis and Troubleshooting (Level2) course. This course also covers how

to use reporting eatures and take appropriate action using PacketShaper control mechanisms to optimize

network and application perormance. Ater completing this course you will be profcient in:

-> Properly confguring dierent types o trafc trees

-> Using PacketShaper tools to identiy network problems and determine i PacketShaper can

solve those problems

-> Confguring PacketShaper to fx network problems
