Project proposal statement: The BCDA and BCRM identified the need to utilise the available natural resources for the generation of alternate energy.

Reasons for project: 1) Current Energy Crisis 2) No electricity equals no development 3) Huge marketing value if any town can be market as self sustainable in terms of

electricity supply. 4) Environmental reasons
