2015 has been a busy year for us and at the time of writing we have had an office fit out project on site every day this year and we look to be in a position where this will continue until October!
The market for Office space has heated up recently and while there was an indication of a minor slow down around the time of the General Election the mood remains confident and enquiries are strong.

Bilfinger Office fit out and design
Blue Fig were approached by Bilfinger Real Estate Asset Management to assist in the design, fit out, project management and furniture supply for their new offices in Maidenhead.
The works lasted for 5 weeks and included new glazed partitions, new meeting and cellular office space, new break out area new desking seating and storage furniture.

Head office for MAA Architects
One of our more unusual projects has been working on the conversion and extension of an old boat builders premises in Teddington.
The property is the Head Office for Architectural Practice Matthew Allchurch Associates and Blue Fig have worked with them to deliver new ground floor office accommodation - this is a photograph of the Boathouse in 1910 - completed photos of our works will be published on our website soon.

Computer generated rendered visualisations are a common request from clients which we are happy to accommodate; sometimes however, we like to show off our artistic prowess with hand drawn and coloured visuals- 2 examples from recent project presentations can be seen here.

Rio Tinto fit out and design
Blue Fig were approached by mining company Rio Tinto’s Exploration Division to assist with the design and fit out of their new offices at 1 Valpy in Reading town centre. The works took 5 weeks and included new frameless double glazed partitions, bespoke joinery items, mechanical amendments, new small power and Cat 6 data cabling and flooring. A new case study for this project will shortly be on our website.
