Billiscutoutinprofile,cladincompletewetweathergearthatincludesaSou'westerhat(withCape Annsbatteneddown)tiedbeneathhischinandapairofrubberboots.Heisstandingonabox-shapedobjectthatwasintendedtobealobsterpot,butmaybecompletedaswhateveryourimaginationcancomeupwith.(It'sveryhardtopaintnetting.) A plinthblocksupportsBillonhispot. Thearmsarecutsothatoneturnsclockwiseandtheothercounter-clockwise.Onewillbemarkedwithasmallpenciled'R'. Thisarmistobeplacedonhisrightsideashestandsinprofilelookingtoyourright.Ifyougetthemonbackwards,itdoesn'tmakeagreatdealofdifference,hisarmswillgoaroundanyway.Billshouldbestbeplacedwherethewindhasaccesstohimandnotshelteredintheleeofbuildings.
