Single Application

• To create or upload a Customer Profile Form, click the Customer Profile Form button and follow the steps on the next page

Multiple Applications

• Multiple applications are defined as identical applications with identical applicants (i.e. all the applications have the same portfolio data and the same applicants named on them as the other applications being placed at the same time)

• A Customer Profile Form for each application is required where the applicants and application content differs

• If you have already uploaded a Customer Profile Form for a linked application for the same client(s) where all applicant and property portfolio details are the same, key in the reference of that application into the Master Application Number field provided. Once a number has been input into the field, you will not be able to click the Customer Profile Form button

CUSTOMER PROFILE FORM – CREATING & UPLOADING

• To create or upload a Customer Profile Form, click the Customer Profile Form button (as shown on the previous page)

• The Customer Profile Form upload window will be displayed. You have the option to complete the form online within the portal, or download a PDF form to import later on

• If you want to complete the form online in the Mortgage Portal, click the cancel button to see the screen shown on page 5

• To download a new form, click the Download Profile Form icon. You will be presented with a message to Open or Save the document, allowing you to complete the form offline with your client

• To upload a completed form:

- Open the application from the Existing Application screen and click on the Customer Profile Form button to display the window opposite

- Drag and drop the completed form into the drag and drop area, then click Import. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the Customer Profile Form as older versions are not compatible

- Once processed, click Close to the ‘Finished Upload’ message

• You can access the Upload box at any time, just click the Upload button at the top right of the Customer Profile Screen

• Once you have uploaded a form, you will land on the Customer Profile Form screen, shown on the next page. Any areas of the imported data that are incomplete or require editing, will be highlighted in red. Addresses not found on the postcode (PAF) match will be highlighted in amber

CUSTOMER PROFILE FORM – REVIEWING THE UPLOADED FORM

• Review any areas highlighted in red or amber, by double clicking on the line to open the relevant window where you can amend the data

- Note: If an address highlighted amber cannot be matched on the address lookup, it can still be saved and submitted

• You can add additional assets to the imported data as required by clicking on the Add button

• Important: If you make any additions or changes to the data, you will need to click Save on the Customer Profile Form screen to retain the changes made

• You can use the Upload button to re-upload your template and overwrite any data previously entered

• Once you are happy with the saved information you have entered, click the Validate button. You will not be able to submit the form (see page 6) until it has passed validation

• A message banner at the top of the screen will indicate if there is an error

CUSTOMER PROFILE FORM – COMPLETING THE ONLINE FORM

• If you don’t have a completed template you can complete the online Customer Profile Form

• Once you have cancelled out of the Customer Profile Form upload window (as shown on page 3), the screen shown opposite is displayed

• Use the ‘Add’ buttons to add information into each section of the form

Note: As you complete the fields, remember to click save on the main screen so that you don’t lose any data

• A minimum of applicant name and application property is required, to be able to save and close the form

- When entering addresses, type in the postcode and click on the Lookup button to select and populate the remainder of the address. If the address is not found, manually typed addresses can be saved and submitted

• Once you are happy with the saved information you have entered, click the Validate button. You will not be able to submit the form (see next page) until it has passed validation. A message banner at the top the screen indicates whether the application has passed or requires further amendment on areas highlighted in red

CUSTOMER PROFILE FORM – SUBMITTING THE FORM

• Once the Customer Profile Form has been successfully validated, you can then click the Submit button at the top of the form

• After clicking Submit, you are presented with a Confirmation message advising that once submitted no further changes can be made. Click the ‘I agree to declaration’ check box and the Submit button shown on the message, to finish submitting

• Once you have submitted the Customer Profile Form, the mortgage centre will be notified of the submission. When they have reviewed the form, the milestones on the right hand side of the case will be updated as ‘Referred to Underwriting’. When underwriting is complete, the milestones will be updated with ‘Underwriting Completed’
