The modern business world is smartness-driven and hence organizations, big or
small now pay more attention on their strategic positioning in the market they
are operating in. since change in lifestyle is faster than what it was predicted ,

1. Write a case on the assigned company after undertaking a thoroughanalysis based on guidelines mentioned hereunder.
2. Undertake a comprehensive SWOT in the form of presentation whererespective Company's officials will judge each insight critically and assign
marks accordingly.
