Stage 3 conducted science experiments on friction and inertia

for stage 2. Here is Kyle Potter demonstrating forces at work.

Stage 2 Drumbeats Program A group of 16 students from Years 3 and 4 have been working with Mr Walsh on a Tuesday and Thursday from lunch time to the end of the day. Students have been undertaking a range of topics including sportsmanship, team membership, positive self-esteem and some life skills. Students have also been involved in the Drumbeat program. This is not a drumming program but rather a program that gives students the opportunity to explore various concepts such as relationships, identity, harmony, teamwork and emotions and feelings through the use of the African Djembe Drum. In addition to these activities students are also having fun.

League Tag A number of students in Stage 2 and 3 have been chosen to represent our school in the League Tag Gala Day on Wednesday 12th November at Geoff King Motors Oval in Coffs Harbour.
