Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved IDI Planned Development/
Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) to increase the maximum building height from seventy-five (75) feet to two hundred (200) feet/twenty (20) stories. This project is approved for 12,500 square feet of restaurant uses, 480 timeshare units, and 225 hotel rooms. No additional entitlements are being sought with this request.
