Look at data that defines our current reality.  No matte r how brutal the facts are, never lose faith that we can go from good to great.

In what significant ways would you like Hall to be better than it is today?

What could we accomplish in the next three years at Hall High School that would make you proud?

What can we be three years from now that will be better than any other high school in the area?

 

 

USE TECHNOLOGY TO ENHANCE STUDENT LEARNING (distance learning, wireless connectivity, laptops, etc.)  REVIEW AND REVISE CURRICULUM TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF A CHANGING WORLD (vocational as well as college prep, partnerships with IVCC)

REVIEW AND REVISE SCHEDULING TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF A CHANGING WORLD. (Block? Study halls? Flexibility? Etc.)

INCREASE TEACHER TIME FOR PLANNING AND COLLABORATION.

INCREASE SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT TIME AND STAFF INVOLVEMENT.

FOCUS ON SYSTEMATIC INTERVENTIONS FOR AT RISK FRESHMEN. (parent involvement, tutoring, credit retrieval, etc.)

PLAN OUR FINANCIAL FUTURE (new school building?, unit district formation?, consolidation?, referendum?, etc)
