III Concept To design a set of bookcovers and support materials and products based around the 15 steps of I Count’s ‘Step By Step Guide To Climate Cool’ which promotes ways in which members of the general public can help to prevent global warming and raises awarness of climate change. Context I count is the campaign of Stop Climate Chaos, a coalition of over 30 organisations including Greenpeace, Oxfam and Christian Aid. ‘Step by Step Guide for Climate Cool’ is a collaboration of all these organisa- tions and explains the 15 simple steps we could all take to reduce global warming. Audience Our global environmental situation concerns and affects every person on the planet, and so all should be aware of how they can contribute to preventing global warming. in this sense the audience is vast. however, the book itself is aimed at a younger demographic, those who have the ability to change the future and will be around for a while. the book cov- ers I design will be aimed at pre-teens, young teenagers and young ado- lescents. cool Design and create 15 book covers based on each of the 15 steps featured in I Count’s book ‘The Step By Step Guide To Climate Cool’, and produce a range of products to support this.
