Foreign house is seen from twelfth house. We are focusing on this house becauselot many people in India dream of settling in developed countries. Many houses play a significant role in determining of foreign settlement.
How to consider whether person will settle abroad or not? If he settles down, whether he will be successful or not?
The first and foremost house to be considered is the lagan/ascendant house. If the ascendant is being seen by bad planets, or the lord of lagan is sitting withbad planets then he will be having very weak personality. Person with weak personality does not hold any power to fulfill their dreams. Their desires remain unfulfilled. So the chance of foreign settlement becomes less. But never predict anything by just seeing only one aspect.
The second house to be considered is the twelfth house. Twelfth house representforeign settlement, money from foreign countries and comforts obtained in foreign country. If twelfth house is strong ( A house gets strong if lord of twelfth house is sitting in kendar or trikon , either in his own house, friend house or is Exalted, or twelfth house is seen by good planets ) then the ascendant is having strong chances of settling abroad.
The third house which we should see is fourth house. Fourth house represents mother, own house and comforts in house. If the fourth house is strong (Strong house is explained above), then the chances of settling in foreign becomes less, because he is getting enough comforts in his own home/city/country. In a horoscopewhere fourth house is weak, that stands a good chance of settling abroad.
The fourth consideration is ninth house. Ninth house represent Luck and Travel.If he travels, how fruitful the journey is? Is the Individual luck strong enough? This all is seen from ninth house. If ninth house is strong, then strong chances of travel are indicated.Now we shall explain various other factors which are considered. If the ascendant is having sign as Aries (1) and lord of its which is Mars is also sitting in Movable sign which is Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn. Then theperson will travel a lot in his life. He would be involved in a job/Business which involves lot of journeys.
