Adding Students• Email Addresses are very important!
The Academy system tracks students by the current email address in their Netacad ‘Profile’. If the student has an account, verify their email address within that account and use it.
If they do not have an account, whatever address you use when you add the new student is the address that will receive an email ‘inviting’ them to finish the creation of the account and edit any changes to their username and password.

Adding Students• New Students
A student who has never had a Netacad Identity.
A transfer Academy student who is ‘new’ to your Academy.
• Existing StudentsStudents who are already in your Academy.
• Using a Comma Separated Values (CSV) spreadsheetUsed to import groups of new or existing students.
