WHAT IS BODY LANGUAGE?

• It is a form of non-verbal communication, which consist of body posture, gestures, facial expressions and eye-contact to audiance.

Body acts as a ‘truth talker’ – it speaks louder than words.

WHAT IS GESTURES?

A gesture is a means of using your arms or hands to convey some meaning to another person.

• Stance is how you stand in front of your audience as you speak.
