Assembly instructions

Para instalar correctamente una chimenea es necesario seguir las siguientes recomendaciones básicas:• La tubería debe colocarse en el sentido correcto de los humos, según la flecha indicadora hacia arriba.• Para el acoplamiento correcto de los elementos, encajar bien el alojamiento macho-hembra.• Cuando se deba atravesar un tejado, colocar un cubrechimeneas (CGP) con el correspondiente vierteaguas (VIG) sellado con silicona.• Para la comprobación de la temperatura de los humos en el interior de la chimenea, instalar un tubo de comprobación (TCDI) que incorpora una purga lateral en el tubo exterior. Para la limpieza o para facilitar el acceso al conducto interior, instalar una te de inspección (TIDI).

Para sujetar y asegurar una correcta instalación:• Al inicio de la instalación, colocar siempre un soporte mural (SMDI) con los laterales hacia arriba y otro después de un codo, una te o un elemento extensible.• Colocar una brida mural (BMGE en caso EXTERIOR y una BMG o AI en caso INTERIOR) cada 4 metros en tramos verticales y cada 1,5 metros en tramos horizontales.• Colocar una brida de vientos (BVSP) en caso de que la chimenea salga más de 1,5 metros de la coronación del tejado.

To install a chimney correctly, some basic recommenda-tions should be followed:

• The pipe must be fitted the right way up for the smoke to pass, as shown by the upward arrow in the diagram.

• To connect the elements together correctly, ensure that the male/female coupling fits together well.

• If it is necessary to pass through a roof, fit a chimney sleeve (CGP) with the corresponding roof flashing (VIG), sealed with silicone.

• To check the temperature of the fumes in the chimney, install an inspection pipe (TCDI) which incorporates a lateral water drain on the outer tube. To clean the pipe or to facilitate access to the inner conduit, an inspection tee (TIDI) should be fitted.

To attach and ensure correct installation:

• Always fit a wall bracket (SMDI) at the start of the installation with the side arms of the bracket upwards and place another after elbow joints, tee pipes or sections of telescopic pipe.

• Fit a wall clamp (BMGE in OUTDOOR installations, BMG or AI for INDOOR installations) every 4 metres of vertical section and every 1.5 metres of horizontal section.

• If the chimney extends more than 1.5 metres above the top of the roof, a wind clamp (BVSP) should be fitted.

FICHA TÉCNICA:La chimenea BOFILL DI, es una chimenea modular formada por dos cilindros concéntri-cos de acero inoxidable, soldados con soldadura longitudinal tipo láser (una garantía para el cierre de los cilindros y el seguro de estanqueidad total de cada uno de ellos).La evacuación de los gases del aparato se efectúa por el conducto interno y la entrada de aire para la combustión, por la cavidad que resulta entre los dos cilindros.Tiene una excelente resistencia a la corrosión derivada del azufre contenido en los gases condensados y Pdc del gasóleo.Dispone de un sistema de unión estanco tipo "clic", con una junta de silicona en el conducto interior que resiste temperaturas de hasta 200º C.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:The BOFILL DI chimney is a modular chimney consisting of two concentric stainless steel cylinders, laser welded longitudinally (guaranteeing a completely airtight seal on each the cylinders).Fumes are evacuated from the apparatus through the inner conduit. The air inlet for combustion comes from the cavity between the cylinders.It is highly resistant to corrosion resulting from the sulphur content of the condensed gas and the PDC from diesel.It is equipped with an airtight click joint system with a silicone seal in the inner conduit that withstands tempe-ratures of up to 200°C.
