DEAERATING FEEDWATER HEATERSPackage preassembled deaerating feedwater heaters in load rangesfrom 30,000 to 300,000#/hr. are offered in a selection of storage tankcapacities. These deaerators are built in accordance with ASME Codeand Bear N.B. Stampings. Units are factory preassembled lendingthemselves to easy installation, require a minimum of pipingconnections, and are guaranteed for oxygen removal of .005cc/liter.Accessory equipment furnished includes water inlet regulating valve,external float control, safety relief valve, overflow control valve,multiport back pressure relief valve, thermometers, alarm switches,gauge glasses and pressure gauge. Boiler feed pumps with drives canbe easily mounted under the tank.

A large inventory of centrifugal or turbine type, single or multi-stage feed pumps in capacities of 3-1500 GPM, and in dischargepressures from 15 to 1500 psig (35-3500 FTDH) are stocked. Horizontal or vertical design is available in either side or topdischarge arrangements. Pumps are offered with coupling, coupling guard and baseplate. A selection of either turbine or motordrives with starters is offered.

FANSA selection of mechanical Forced Draft and InducedDraft fans for power generating or industrial serviceapplication are stocked. Capacities range in volume from10,000 to 300,000 CFM in various static pressures,temperature requirements, blade shape configurations aswell as inlet and discharge design arrangements. We canprovide from stock motor or turbine drives to meet brakehorsepower requirements.

BOILER FEED & PROCESS PUMPS


VALVESA large inventory of boiler and general process steam service valvesand steam regulating specialties are stocked. These are available in awide selection of sizes, pressure ranges, body style configurations, ineither cast iron, cast steel or stainless, offered with either butt weld orflanged end connections. The types of valves stocked are non-return(stop and check), gate, globe, blow-down, back pressure relief, safety,pressure reducing and other valve specialties to suit your requirements.

CHEMICAL PROPORTIONING & FEEDTREATMENT SYSTEMSInternal boiler water chemical injection and treatment systems arestocked in capacities up to 213 GPH and discharge pressure as high as1800 psig. Packaged, pre-assembled chemical feed systems areshipped with single or multiple chemical proportioning pumps andmotors, mounted on steel or polyethylene 55 to 550 gallon chemicalsolution tanks. The units are equipped with motor driven stainless steelagitators, suction piping, valves and strainers all integrally mounted ona structural steel stand.

FUEL OIL PUMPING, HEATING ANDSTRAINING SETSPackaged fuel oil pumping, heating and straining sets in capacitiesfrom 5 to 40 GPM capable of pumping either light or heavy oil in awide range of pressures and temperatures are available for immediatedelivery. Simplex or Duplex sets are furnished with – fuel oil pumpswith motor or turbine drives, pressure regulators steam fuel oil heatersbuilt in accordance to ASME Code, condensate trap with 3-valve by-pass and steam strainer, automatic temperature regulators with 3-valveby-pass, spring loaded relief valve for heaters and pumps, duplexsuction and discharge strainers, pressure gauges and thermometers. Allpre-assembled, integrally piped and wired, and mounted on astructural steel base as a complete packaged assembly, requiring aminimum of wiring and field piping.


INSTRUMENT AND CONTROL PANELSCombustion Controls are available in electric or pneumatic optionswith a selection of single or multi-point positioning as well as fullmetering and/or totalizing with O2 Trim.

Flame safeguard and Programming Systems are available to meetI.R.I., F.M., and N.F.P.A. requirements.

Control panels are offered in a choice of free standing orconsole type with either open or fully enclosed design.Panels available include combustion components, flamesafeguard equipment as well as instrumentation.Instrumentation can be furnished including all types of recorders,pressure gauges, temperature gauges and draft gauges to enablethe operator to obtain complete and accurate read-outs under awide range of conditions.

Panels are shipped with components completely mounted, tubed,piped and wired to terminal strips to facilitate field connections.

COAL PULVERIZING MILLSC-E Raymond Bowl Mills, B & W Ball Mills, and Riley Atrita CoalPulverizers in capacities ranging from 2,000 to 100,000 lbs/hr. ofpulverized coal are available. Mills are complete with coal feeders,exhausters, motor or turbine drives and regulating controls.Depending on your capacity needs, single unit or banks of millscan be used to suit your coal grinding-firing requirements ondirect fired rotary kilns, boilers or furnaces.

STEAM TURBINESA wide, in-stock selection of single or multi-stage mechanicaldrive turbines in both non-condensing arrangements are availablein capacities ranging from 15HP to 35,000HP with various inletpressures, temperatures, RPM output speeds, direction ofrotations, and with speed increasing or reduction gears.

Turbines are fitted with speed control governors, throttle valves,oil lube systems, insulated metal jacket laggings, hand loadcontrol valves and many optional features to meet specificoperating conditions.
