Winspear Construction Winspear Construction, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, CVE Certified Construction Company located in Boise, Idaho. It was founded in December of

2013 and became fully operational in 2015. Kristin and Jordan Winspear spent over a year implementing proper systems, procedures, and business practices to allow for the company to be successful, whether the year ending revenue was one dollar or one mil-lion dollars. This business decision has been a huge factor in Winspear Construction’s ability to handle the growth of the company. In the last 2.5 years, the company started with a project worth $3,900 and recently was awarded an $8.5 million dollar project that will be completed in December of 2018. Winspear Construction currently employs 7 sala-ried positions and has had anywhere from 15-20 field positions at one time. The company has had up to 5 construction projects running at one time with 95% of the project being managed and built by Winspear Construction employees. Winspear believes that by self-performing as much work as possible they can maintain the highest level of control over quality, safety, and production for the client.
